The Riverview College Foundation was established in 1985 and is a public company limited by guarantee. It manages several funds including the tax-deductible Riverview College Foundation Building Fund and Riverview College Foundation Welfare Fund.

The year 2015 marked the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Foundation. Its motto, ‘Affection for the school and enthusiasm for its wellbeing’ still captures that first vision.

The mandate of the Foundation remains the same: to raise funds to provide needs-based bursaries to students and families that could not otherwise afford a Riverview education, and to provide capital to the College to assist it to maintain and develop the College’s magnificent campus and extensive buildings and facilities.
